Consultation

Finding the right therapist can be intimidating, and I strive to make that process a little easier. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we’re the right fit for one another. Don’t hesitate to call or email to schedule.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy to individuals 14 years of age and up. My sessions are 50 minutes and you set the pace. We begin by getting an understanding of your current stressors and symptoms, and identifying a plan to best address your needs. My approach is very collaborative and I believe you are the expert on your experiences.

Insurance

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment or a fee may be incurred.
